- Message HST when you arrive nearby. Our team will guide you to the agreed handover point.

Your order is sealed. The representative sees only your order number. Product questions and personal support go directly to our HST team.

A few things, babe
Before you pack.
Does choosing a concern mean I have that condition?
No. These are shopping categories, not an assessment. Changes in vaginal discharge or smell, persistent irritation, severe period pain or suspected hormonal conditions should be checked by a qualified healthcare professional.
Can I use everything in my care bag every day?
No. Adding a product to your bag does not recommend daily use or combining products. Your schedule is a personal organiser. Follow each label and ask a qualified professional about supplements, pregnancy, medicines or medical conditions. Boric acid must never be swallowed and should not be used during pregnancy.
How do orders and bundles work?
Your shopping bag sends an inquiry to our team on WhatsApp. We confirm prices, availability, bundle contents, payment and delivery or collection before you purchase. We do not take payment on this website.
How do I keep or share my bag?
Your chosen products and checklist are saved in this browser. You can print a checklist or share a link with your product picks. Links do not include your concern, schedule or private notes. A friend’s changes are sent back as a new link.

Orders & stock
Checkout saves your order request and opens WhatsApp. Tap Send in WhatsApp to contact our team. A saved request or a “sent” acknowledgement is not acceptance of an order or proof of payment. We confirm stock, pickup arrangements and payment with you before completing your purchase.
Products marked Sold out cannot be ordered. In-stock labels can change as orders are confirmed. Items in your bag are not reserved until our team confirms your order.
Returns & exchanges
Please contact us before returning anything, with your order reference or proof of purchase. For a change of mind, ask about an exchange while the item is unused, unopened and sealed in its original packaging. Any discretionary exchange must be agreed with our team first.
Opened or used intimate-care products are not accepted for change-of-mind exchanges for hygiene reasons. This does not limit your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your products when collecting them. If something is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us promptly. Keep the product and packaging, and send your order reference and photos if available.
We’ll investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where required. Contacting us first helps us agree a safe return or collection. Nothing in these policies removes your applicable consumer rights.
Changes & cancellations
To change or cancel an order, message us with your order reference as soon as possible, ideally before it is prepared or moved to a pickup point. Changes are confirmed by our team; editing your shopping bag does not change an order already sent.
If you have already paid, we’ll explain the available cancellation and refund options based on your order’s stage and your applicable rights. Payment is not processed automatically on this website.
Pickup & missed collections
Choose a future pickup within 24 hours. Our listed hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m., with no pickup from 1–2 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.; Sunday closed. Wait for our team to confirm the pickup point and time, especially for HST Next Door.
The HST Next Door EC$2 collection fee is paid directly to the pickup representative and is separate from your product total. Every fifth Next Door pickup is free with your signed pickup card. If you’re running late or miss your pickup, contact us to arrange another available slot. Do not assume an uncollected order will be held indefinitely; we’ll discuss the next steps with you. Any prepaid amount will be handled with you directly.

Orders sent to an HST Next Door location are sealed. The pickup representative sees only your order number—not the products inside or your personal details. Simply provide your order number when collecting your package.
A little pickup perk ♡
Pay the EC$2 collection fee directly to the pickup representative when you collect. This fee is separate from your product total.
Every fifth Next Door pickup is free! Keep the pickup card we give you, bring it each time, and make sure our representative signs it after every collection. Present your signed card to claim your free fifth pickup.
